Spacefy helps facilitate the monetization of commercial and private spaces. Whether you have a recording studio in the basement, a photo studio in the den or an empty barn on a farm, Spacefy allows you to make extra money renting out your unique space.

Judeh Siwady

Co-founder & Director

Having a robust background in business operations, Judeh has nearly a decade’s experience in product development and management, driving strong business results in new markets with new technologies. He was literally imported from Jordan to Canada to run North America’s first Arabic online television platform.

Alyas Ali

Co-founder

Al is the dude that can be found attached to the beard that works for Spacefy. In his previous life, Al was an electrical engineer in the telecom space, where he ensured entire area codes stayed online. To accommodate his creative alter ego, Al followed his true passion in media and marketing and ended up building brands and audience engagement at NeuLion, a leader in the Internet television space.

Meet the Board

Michael Bradley

Executive Chairman (Interim CEO)

Michael J. Bradley is a technology and media executive, entrepreneur and investor and has served on the Board since 2014. Currently, Michael serves as Chief Marketing Officer and Director at FutureVault Inc., a cloud-based information management company in the FinTech space. Previously, Mr. Bradley served as Vice-President, International Networks with global online TV network, KyLin Global Network, based in Beijing and New York. Earlier, Michael was the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Internet television industry leader, NeuLion Inc., which was publicly traded on the TSX until it was sold to William Morris Endeavor (WME) in 2018.

Kelly Payne

Director

Kelly Payne is a Program Consultant Film & Television, Ontario Creates. She is a key player in the administration of the Ontario Feature Film Fund, International Export Fund and Industry Development programs. Prior to joining Ontario Creates, she worked as a production executive at Rogers Broadcasting, and as a programming manager for Bell Media Inc., with roles at both CTV and OLN. She holds a BFA in Film & Television from York University, and a Media Arts Diploma from Sheridan College.

John R. Anderson

Chair of the Audit Committee

Mr. John R. Anderson, CA, has over 40 years of financial and corporate governance experience. He has extensive experience in finance across a wide spectrum of industries from energy to technology, serving at companies including Difference Capital Financial Inc, Impax Energy and Neulion.

Peter McRae

Chair of the Compensation and Governance Committee

Peter McRae is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant. He attended the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management in 2008 and graduated from the Directors Education Program of the Institute of Corporate Directors with an ICD.D designation.
